2. JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure the customer is dealt with in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in class customer service by adhering to agreed business standards concerning vehicle check out, delivery, collections, exchanges and transfers process.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks
Vehicle delivery
For vehicle delivery: explain the basic terms and conditions to the customer, secure payment where necessary along with documents and get the customer to sign the rental agreement.
At the time of delivery ensure that the vehicle check report is accurately filled out by recording any additional damages, vehicle details, fuel, kms etc.
3. Ensures that the Drivers Log Sheet is updated with each checkout/check in the transaction.
Vehicle collection on Rental agreement termination
Ensures that all damages along with the check in KM and fuel are properly
Get proper acknowledgement from the customer on the Vehicle Check report.
Maintains proper record of the collection on the Drivers Log Sheet.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High school with valid Oman Driving License
Job-Specific Skills: Good command of English, Defensive Driving abilities, knowledge of vehicle operations.
Behavioural Competencies: Good communication skills, Effective listening and Customer focus
